Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup Whey Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 whole egg
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup Unsweetened Vanilla or Chocolate Almond Milk
- Stevia
*Topping (optional)
1 tsp organic nut butter
Mixed berries
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 8x8 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until mixture is soft.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until just cooked through and the top has set
