Strawberry protein pancakes
Ingredients
1 large banana
3 egg whites
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp cacao powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
Stevia
Topping
Strawberries
Coconut flakes
1 tsp coconut sryrup
🔸Directions
Pancakes👉
1. Put ingredients together in the blender.
2. Blend for 30 seconds on med-high speed.
3. Spray a pan with non-stick cooking spray, pour batter on pan
4. Cook like a regular pancake.
Topping👉
Tope with Strawberries, coconut flakes and coconut syrup!

2 rice cakes
1 tbsp organic peanut butter
Cinnamon (optional)
Directions
Top rice cakes with PB, banana and cinnamon and enjoy paradise!!!
