Poppy seeds and lemon pancakes

Ingredients
120ml egg whites
1 tsp baking soda
Juice from 1 lemon
1 tsp poppy seeds
1/3 cup coconut flour 
1 tsp vanilla essence
Stevia

For topping
1 Banana thin slices
1 tsp coconut syrup
🔹Directions
1. Mix all ingredients together in blender expect poppy seeds.
2. Add poppy seeds to batter and give it a shake.
3. Use a non stick pan add 1 tsp coconut oil, put on low-medium heat
4. Add the batter onto your pan
5. Once it begins to bubble, flip over and let sit for about another 20-30 sec.
6. Slide off of pan and top and fill with banana slices and coconut syrup!

Blackberries oat flour pancakes

Ingredients 
For pancakes 
1/3 cup oats + 1 tbsp
1/4 cup egg whites 
1 whole egg
1/3 cup cottage cheese
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
Stevia
Filling 
1/2 cup Greek yogurt 
Stevia
Some mashed blackberries
Topping
Blackberries 
1 tsp coconut syrup
Directions 
Pancakes
1. Put all ingredients in the blender. 
2.Blend for 30 seconds on med-high speed. 
3. Spray a pan with non-stick cooking spray, pour batter on pan.
4. Cook like a regular pancake. 
Filling
1.Blend Greek yogurt, blackberries and stevia until smooth, put in between pancakes
2.Top with blackberries & coconut syrup

Strawberry chia pudding

Ingredients
(Makes 2 servings)
1 cup organic coconut milk
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup & 1 TBSP chia seeds
2 tbsp sweetened shredded coconut
4-6 drops liquid vanilla stevia
Directions
Mix all ingredients leave in fridge overnight. 
Top with greek yoghurt (optional) and strawberries!
